Role Overview We are looking for a
detail-oriented and dependable
Shipping/Receiving – Inventory Clerk to join our Supply Chain Department onsite in Placentia, CA. This position supports procurement operations by managing material deliveries and services through purchase orders. The ideal candidate is highly organized and comfortable using inventory management systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately log all incoming shipments Prepare and package outbound shipments following company and carrier guidelines Maintain up-to-date inventory records via warehouse management software Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods Create international customs documentation through U.S. Customs and Border Protection Schedule shipments with appropriate couriers
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving or inventory control Proficient in inventory software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent systems) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Familiarity with ACE reports and U.S. Customs and Border Protection portal
Hourly rate ranges between $20 - 25/hr depending on experience level.
