Full‑time, onsite at Flushing office Key Responsibilities: Manage a

10 MW public housing portfolio

and serve as main point of contact with stakeholders Oversee permitting approvals (Landmark Preservation, Public Design Committee, DOB, ConEdison, NYSERDA, DCAS) Build and manage daily project schedules and internal timelines Coordinate internal and external resources to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget Work with engineers/design teams to ensure compliant PV design Support project financing and approvals; mentor PM team members Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years

of solar experience leading larger projects (> $15M) Extensive experience in

commercial & industrial solar Strong

communication and negotiation

skills Expert knowledge of solar systems, technologies, industry trends Electrical background

a plus Ability to travel within NYC metro for site visits
