We are seeking a detail-oriented

Membership Data Specialist

to manage and process membership data using the

AS400 system . In this role, you’ll coordinate data loads from various electronic sources, ensure accuracy and integrity of information, and serve as a liaison between internal teams, IT, and clients. This position requires strong data management skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities: Load and manage membership data efficiently and accurately in

AS400 Coordinate data transfers for new and existing plans with clients and internal stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in collaboration with IT, management, and client teams Respond to client service team inquiries regarding data submission requirements Use Excel, Access, and other PC-based tools to review and validate data Track and report on data submissions and loading processes Recommend improvements to systems and processes for better data handling and operational efficiency Maintain detailed records and documentation as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in data processing or administration (insurance industry preferred) Strong knowledge of

AS400 systems

and mainframe computing Proficiency in

Excel ,

Access , and

Microsoft Word Familiarity with third-party benefits and administration processes Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills High school diploma or equivalent required

*** Pay Rate- $47-$50/hour
