The Role: We are seeking a

detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Data Analyst

to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining reports and data tools within

Workday

and other HR systems to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring

advanced Workday reporting skills , a strong foundation in HR data analysis, and a commitment to system integrity. They will contribute immediate impact through their

Workday expertise

and help build long-term capability within the HR function as we optimize our use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support HR strategy and day-to-day operations. * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules and features, including business processes, calculated fields, and security roles.* Gather reporting requirements from internal stakeholders and deliver accurate, user-friendly data outputs.* Customize and adapt Workday reports to meet evolving business needs, including headcount tracking, turnover metrics, compensation analytics, and compliance reporting and audits.* Analyze HR data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities and present actionable insights to leadership.* Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all HR systems and outputs.* Provide user support and training; create documentation and communicate system updates or changes. Act as a Workday subject matter expert to elevate the team’s knowledge of reporting and functionality.* Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and Workday support to troubleshoot issues and perform release testing.* Support HR projects with high-quality data analysis and reporting deliverables.* Assist with system integrations and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.* Other duties as assigned. *Essential functions

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required. 3–5 years of progressive HRIS experience, including

at least 2 years hands-on Workday experience . Workday certification preferred

(Core HCM, Integration, Reporting, Benefits), with a strong focus on data reporting and analysis. Expertise in

Workday configuration , security, custom reporting, and dashboard creation. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency with

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with HR analytics and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Certificates Workday Certification is preferred. Willing to support certification development on the job for the right candidate.

Compensation listed is mid range and is based on experience, certifications, and qualifications
