About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods across international and domestic channels, ensuring shipments are accurate, on-time, and cost-effective. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and logistics partners to support seamless execution. You'll also play a key role in export documentation, compliance, and freight cost analysis. What You’ll Do: Track shipments from departure to delivery, ensuring systems reflect accurate status and ETAs Serve as the main contact for resolving logistics issues with cross-functional partners Reconcile discrepancies in shipping data and flag delays early Ensure accurate, timely filing of export documentation Coordinate clearance with customs brokers and freight forwarders Partner with internal teams to plan and execute efficient shipments Maintain and analyze freight cost data and reporting Approve freight and parcel invoices for accuracy Support specialized shipping documentation or customer-specific needs Coordinate shipping instructions and manage work orders with vendors Provide regular reporting on shipment status, yard activity, and drayage Collaborate with IT or analytics teams to enhance tracking and visibility tools Assist with exceptions handling, rework, labeling, or inspections Maintain dashboards and support logistics reporting needs
What You’ll Bring: 2+ years in logistics, shipping, or freight coordination Experience with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Knowledge of export documentation and international compliance a plus
