Job Summary
We are partnering with a highly respected construction and development firm to find a talented and driven Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all phases of construction projects, from estimation to closeout, with full accountability for budgets, timelines, documentation, and team coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities Contracts: Collaborate with Estimating to issue contracts and review project scope. Oversee buyouts and coordinate all permits. Review and track project cost codes. Job Reporting: Lead kick-off meetings with subcontractors. Maintain daily job reports and share with internal teams weekly. Submittals & RFIs: Submit and track all documentation through Procore. Collaborate with Project Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate updates. Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules. Input and update weekly data alongside the Project Coordinator. Create rolling 3-week look-ahead schedules. Change Orders: Review, approve, and manage internal and external change orders. Interface with ownership and architects for approval workflows. Meetings: Lead weekly job site and foreman meetings. Organize coordination meetings as necessary. Invoices & Budgeting: Approve invoices and allocate them to correct cost codes via Procore. Participate in monthly budget reviews and forecasting. Punch List & Closeout: Oversee execution of punch lists and walk-throughs with ownership and architects. Finalize all change orders and ensure delivery of compliance documentation. Confirm project closeout with final inspections and occupancy certificates.
Qualifications Basic Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software platforms. Experience in the commercial construction industry is essential. Essential Skills and Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to deadlines. High level of discretion, responsibility, and independent decision-making. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities under pressure. Solid math and budgeting skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Effective communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders including subcontractors, owners, and architects. Passion for teamwork, collaboration, and delivering high-quality work.
