This individual will play a key role in strengthening relationships with RIAs, family offices, and high-net-worth investors while expanding the firm’s footprint within the wealth management ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Lead capital raising efforts across open and closed-end real estate vehicles, including equity and credit strategies Manage and grow relationships with HNW individuals, RIAs, and family offices Serve as a subject matter expert on firm offerings, market positioning, and performance Strategically target new capital sources with a focus on wealth managers and private capital allocators Collaborate cross-functionally to align investor communications with firm strategy
Ideal Background 10+ years of experience in investor relations or capital formation within real estate or alternative investments Proven ability to raise capital from private wealth channels (RIAs, family offices, HNW individuals) Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Bachelor’s degree required; advanced designations (CFA, CAIA) preferred but not mandatory
