Landscape Design Support Specialist
to join our team and help bring our clients’ visions to life.

About the Role: You’ll play a key role in the creative process — helping bring bold, beautiful outdoor spaces to life. From the earliest site measurements to the final renderings, you’ll work closely with our experienced sales and design team to develop thoughtful, functional, and visually striking designs.
You’ll create base maps, refine layout concepts, build plant and material palettes, and produce 2D/3D renderings that help clients envision their future spaces. You’ll also assist with project estimating and documentation to ensure smooth handoffs to our installation team.
Key Responsibilities: Create base maps, design plans, and planting plans using tools like SketchUp, VIP3D, and Lumion Generate high-quality 2D and 3D renderings for design presentations Build plant and hardscape palettes, concept boards, and visual materials Prepare detailed takeoffs and support the estimating process Assist with site measurements, design revisions, and project documentation
What We’re Looking For: A degree (or pursuit of one) in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field Proficiency in tools like VIP3D, SketchUp, Lumion, or AutoCAD Familiarity with Wisconsin-native plants and residential landscape construction a plus A design-focused, collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills
