CSG Talent are looking for an experienced Mine Superintendent to lead all facets of mine operations, ensuring a strong focus on safety, environmental stewardship, cost control, and operational efficiency. This role will play a key part in developing and delivering on the short- to mid-term goals and budgets for a well-established site in a scenic region of Missouri.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic mining plans for both short-term and long-term operations Lead through frontline supervisors to effectively communicate and implement operational goals, monitor daily progress, and provide performance feedback Ensure workforce planning, performance management, and employee development are effectively addressed to meet production demands Work closely with the plant and mine teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure continuous production Prepare and manage the department's annual budget, monitor performance, and make necessary adjustments Oversee mine inspections and ensure compliance with MSHA regulations; address findings and continuously improve inspection outcomes Promote a culture of safety by supporting EHS initiatives, conducting field and documentation audits, and ensuring accountability at all levels Participate in or lead other initiatives and tasks as required
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred At least 10 years of experience managing mining operations, including capital project oversight
