Salary:
120-140k + Equity + Benefits
Responsibilities: Oversee office management tasks including vendor relations, inventory, facilities, etc. Responsible for overseeing and managing all office operations for a rapidly growing office Strategic support to leadership with managing calendars, meeting preparation, following up on action items Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics Act as point of contact for all vendors Ad hoc duties
Requirements: 3+ years in office management, operations, or executive assistant experience Proactive problem solver, resourceful, detailed, and motivated Tech savvy Ability to act autonomously
