Source, engage, and convert passive candidates across a broad spectrum of roles—your inbox will be legendary. Agency Expertise:
Leverage your agency-honed techniques to fill high-volume requisitions quickly, without sacrificing quality. Relationship Building:
Nurture long-term connections with candidates and clients alike, acting as a trusted advisor. Process Improvement:
Recommend and implement creative sourcing strategies and tools that keep us ahead of the curve. Team Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers and fellow recruiters to understand needs, set benchmarks, and deliver stellar results.
What You Bring to the Table 5+ years
of
high-volume, passive recruiting
in an
agency environment Mastery of
LinkedIn Recruiter , boolean searches, X-ray techniques, and other sourcing magic Proven track record of filling roles quickly while maintaining a candidate-first experience Stellar communication skills: you can charm a candidate into “yes” and coach a hiring manager out of endless rounds A self-starter mindset and the ability to juggle multiple searches like a circus pro
