Fully remote within the NJ/PA area
to work from home. Some team meetings 2-4 times a year locally. Company : 38-year-old recruitment agency, heavily focused on nationwide full-time placements in medical & pharmaceutical field sales roles and corporate office. Responsibilities: Work closely with internal and external Executive Recruiters to identify clients’ needs. Source and contact active and passive candidates using multiple methods and resources including, but not limited to, job board applications, proprietary database searches, referrals, and search online networks (like LinkedIn). Review resumes and assess candidates' applications. Manage the end-to-end recruiting life cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance. Source active and passive candidates using multiple methods and resources including but not limited to; applications, proprietary databases, referrals, and online networks. Call candidates to uncover qualifications, motivational fit, compensation expectations, relocation needs, and availability, etc. Present job opportunities to candidates after matching the candidate's interests and employer requirements. Educate candidates on the total value proposition of the company including the benefits, career development opportunity, variable pay structure, etc. Refer short-listed candidates to hiring manager; makes recommendations regarding hiring of candidates, facilitate all stages throughout the selection process, and prepare candidates for interviews. Manage ongoing relationships with candidates. Requirements : Comfortable making high volume phone calls daily. Ability to match job requirements to candidate experience. Understanding of sales processes and building a pipeline of candidates involved in open job. Technical proficiency to learn new programs, and processes. Proficient with Outlook, Word, google & Microsoft suite products (LinkedIn is preferred but not required). Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
