The Client: Our client is a New York City–based recruitment firm that specializes in placing Accounting and Finance professionals across Financial Services. They offer a collaborative, high-performance environment with strong client relationships already in place.

Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Engagement Source top-tier Accounting and Finance professionals across a variety of roles and seniority levels Conduct initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure strong fit Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for active and future roles Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, internal ATS, and other sourcing tools for proactive talent identification Recruitment Delivery Collaborate closely with client-facing team members to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Own the candidate journey from sourcing through to offer stage and onboarding Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle Market Intelligence Stay up to date on hiring trends, candidate expectations, and salary benchmarks within the Accounting & Finance sector Provide insight to the team on candidate market feedback and sourcing challenges

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree 2–5 years of experience in a staffing agency, focused on Accounting and Finance placements Proven ability to deliver top candidates in a fast-paced, competitive market Strong organizational and communication skills Experience using an ATS and other sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and speed
