Job Title: 180 Recruiter | Delivery Only (Tech or Accounting&Finance)

Compensation: $75K–$95K Base + Tiered commissions starting out at 50% (the more you bill the higher the percent)

The team supports a consistent flow of roles from long-standing clients, so this position is geared toward delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and manage candidates across Tech or Finance & Accounting sectors Partner closely with Account Managers and leadership to understand client needs and deliver potential matches Maintain pipelines, build talent communities, and support candidate engagement throughout the full cycle recruitment.
Ideal Candidate Profile: 2+ years of experience in an agency setting Proven track record of successful recruitment in the staffing/recruiting industry, with a focus on Technology or Accounting&Finance Knowledge of the Tri-State tech/a&f market and existing relationships within the region
