Colorado (preferably Greater Denver)
to drive growth in this key market.
What You’ll Do: Source and engage top-tier attorney candidates using creative outreach strategies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of attorney talent. Assess candidate fit through interviews, client meetings, and market insights. Partner with top law firms and corporate legal departments to deliver tailored hiring solutions. Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process. Stay ahead of legal market trends and industry shifts.
What You Bring: JD required
– Ideal for attorneys ready to transition from practice. Passion for relationship-building, business development, and strategic thinking. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong personal drive. Sales or client-facing experience (real estate, hospitality, retail, etc.) is a plus. No prior recruiting experience needed – we’ll train you.
Why LHH? Base salary: $56,485 Uncapped commission
