Your Impact: Manage and optimize quality assurance systems across internal processes to meet IATF standards Lead problem-solving efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues Drive improvements for new product launches and process enhancements Communicate clearly across departments to maintain consistent quality standards Evaluate and validate process changes to meet or exceed quality expectations
Key Responsibilities: Address and resolve customer quality concerns swiftly and accurately Conduct regular IATF audits of products and processes for compliance Ensure implementation and follow-up of corrective actions Provide training and support to team members on quality practices Oversee investigations and quality plans for new product introductions
What You Bring: Strong knowledge of automotive standards – IATF Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Previous experience in automotive quality engineering Solid communication and leadership skills
