About the Role You’ll play a key role in upstream production of biologics, working with single-use bioreactors (2000L scale) in a GMP-regulated setting. Candidates must bring hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture (ideally CHO cells) and be comfortable supporting production at medium to large scale.
Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot bioreactors and related upstream equipment Execute cell culture processes from seed train through production scale Perform sampling, aseptic techniques, and equipment cleaning Support batch documentation and adhere to GMP and safety protocols Flex into occasional weekend or night shift work during harvest windows
Shifts Available Day Shift:
9 AM – 5 PM (with 2 night shifts/month required during harvests) Second Shift:
2 PM – 10 PM Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend support as needed
Qualifications Minimum
2 years of upstream mammalian cell culture experience Experience with
CHO cells
preferred; other mammalian lines acceptable Hands-on work with
100L+ bioreactors
(single-use preferred) Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing principles
Compensation & Perks Competitive salary:
$90K–$105K
(depending on experience) 8% annual bonus $5K relocation bonus
