to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity based in Portland, OR, with occasional travel to property sites. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of affordable housing regulations and a proven track record of managing multiple properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of affordable housing properties Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations (e.g., HUD, LIHTC) Collaborate with property managers to meet occupancy, financial, and operational goals Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, residents, and regulatory agencies Lead and support teams in resolving resident issues and operational challenges Required Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing a portfolio of affordable housing properties Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements is required Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel locally to property sites as needed
