Job Title : Affordable Property Manager
Location : Onsite - Portland, Oregon
Schedule : Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Compensation : $26 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
LHH Recruitment seeking a dedicated and experienced
Affordable Property Manager
to oversee the daily operations of a residential property in Portland. This role is ideal for someone passionate about affordable housing and committed to providing excellent service to residents while ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the affordable housing property. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations (including HUD, LIHTC, or other affordable housing programs). Oversee leasing, rent collection, and resident relations. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to occupancy, compliance, and financials. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and housing authorities as needed. Support community engagement and resident satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a property manager at an
affordable housing property . Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Pay Details:
$26.00 to $30.00 per hour
