What You'll Be Doing: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping Lead and supervise warehouse staff—setting schedules, coaching performance, and maintaining accountability Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards (FDA, OSHA, GMP, etc.) Implement efficient systems to manage inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep Monitor KPIs to track productivity, cost, and service level performance Support ERP/WMS usage and continuously improve warehouse processes What We're Looking For: 3+ years experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in a food/beverage or manufacturing environment Strong leadership and team development skills Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Forklift certification a plus Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments
