Production Manager
to lead their manufacturing sector. In this role, you'll oversee daily production activities, ensure the delivery of high-quality products, and drive continuous improvement across all lines. You'll lead a team of supervisors and collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet key performance goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Oversee training, development, and performance management for production staff. Drive Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Partner with safety, quality, maintenance, HR, and CI teams to implement and uphold best practices. Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including capital projects and facility improvements. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. 10+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in food production. Proven leadership experience managing teams and achieving business goals. Strong knowledge of OSHA, FDA, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead through change and build a high-performance culture. Contribute to strategic planning and capital improvement projects.
