About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated
EHS Coordinator
to join our team and lead efforts in maintaining a safe, compliant, and environmentally conscious workplace. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support safety and compliance across all departments.
This role plays a key part in reducing risk, preventing workplace incidents, and supporting our long-term sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Conduct safety training and educational sessions on emergency response, hazardous material handling, and workplace safety practices. Perform regular workplace inspections and audits to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of safety trainings, incidents, inspections, and compliance audits. Monitor environmental and waste management compliance, ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations. Partner with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in an EHS-related role with knowledge of U.S. safety and environmental regulations. OSHA certification required; additional certifications such as CSP, ISO, or EHS preferred. Strong communication and training skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. Preferred:
Familiarity with Korean business culture and ability to communicate in Korean.
