Core Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end development process, including site selection, feasibility studies, and project planning for new developments. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet design, budget, and timeline goals. Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and funding strategies, securing financing and optimizing cost efficiencies. Conduct market research and due diligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks associated with land acquisition and zoning. Supervise permitting processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes. Monitor construction progress, conducting site visits to address issues and ensure quality standards. Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to align development plans with market demand and tenant needs. Prepare and present project updates, financial reports, and proposals to senior leadership and investors. Foster relationships with government agencies, community groups, and partners to support project approvals and community engagement.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Experience: 5-7 years in real estate development, project management, or a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery. Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate finance, construction processes, and zoning laws; proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Requirements: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset with expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex challenges effectively.
