We are seeking a highly skilled
MEP Senior Mechanical Engineer
with a strong background in
high-rise commercial construction
to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing mechanical systems, ensuring they are integrated effectively with other MEP services, and comply with project specifications and local codes.

Key Responsibilities: Design and review HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems for high-rise commercial buildings. Coordinate mechanical designs with electrical and plumbing systems as well as architectural and structural components. Supervise and inspect the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and technical submittals from subcontractors. Work closely with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and installation issues. Monitor project progress and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare BOQs, technical reports, risk assessments, and engineering documentation. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work quality and adherence to plans. Participate in value engineering and cost-optimization exercises when required
