Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below. 6 month Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Location: Onsite-Scripps Ranch Wage: $20-$25/hr depending on experience Insurance Services Representative needed for a well established credit union. In this role you will need to provide member services support for the Insurance department. Duties: Provide top tier customer service to Members Answering incoming calls regarding insurance policies & coverage Assist with quote generation Data entry Electronic filing & data organizing Process BOR request Market new and existing insurance solutions Other duties as assigned Qualifications:1+ year of call center and administrative experience Active CA Property & Casualty license, experience working with multiple carriers in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel Ability to pass a background check Bilingual in Spanish a plus
