Bilingual Insurance Services Representative
Location: Onsite - San Diego (Scripps Ranch - 92131)
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Join a well-established credit union as a Bilingual Insurance Services Representative, supporting members with Auto and Home Insurance needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, fluency in Spanish, and experience working with multiple insurance carriers in the Property & Casualty space. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to members via phone and in person regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and service inquiries. Generate and assist with insurance quotes. Process requests and manage policy documentation. Organize and maintain electronic files and perform accurate data entry. Promote and market new and existing insurance products to members. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless member experiences. Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance, specifically Auto and Home. Familiarity with working across multiple insurance carriers. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Ability to pass a background check.
