Manufacturing Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing: Leading machine upgrades, process improvements, and capital project implementation Overseeing modification, adjustment, removal, and installation of new or existing equipment Recommending and implementing capital equipment or process modifications Providing technical training to production teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Coordinating with vendors, engineering teams, and plant staff to ensure project success
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 3+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with synchronous and asynchronous assembly systems, cam-operated machinery, pneumatic and servo-controlled equipment, Proficiency in AutoCAD. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred Proven ability to lead equipment installation, debugging, and technical training
