Job Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the chemical manufacturing plant to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role leads production teams, manages schedules, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations while meeting quality and output targets.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all production activities to meet operational goals. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Lead, train, and develop production staff to maintain high performance and engagement. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues. Maintain accurate production records and reports for internal and regulatory use. Support capital projects and new product introductions as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in chemical or process manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of chemical processing equipment and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
