Junior Retoucher & Photographer
to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about product photography and post-production, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics. This position will focus heavily on post-production and photo retouching and will play a key role in supporting the studio team with ecommerce and lifestyle photography, contributing to product launches and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities: Shoot and retouch ecommerce photography for upcoming product launches, ensuring alignment with Sugarfina brand guidelines. Assist in the retouching of lifestyle campaign imagery for digital and print use. Collaborate with the planning team to collect and organize product samples needed for shoots. Maintain file organization and asset management for photography deliverables. Support the Manager of Photography as needed during lifestyle campaign photoshoots, including setup and behind-the-scenes assistance. Follow production schedules and deadlines as directed by the Manager of Photography and Studio Operations.
Qualifications: B.A. or B.F.A. in photography or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in photography, photo editing, or studio production Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Familiarity with studio lighting equipment and Canon camera systems Familiarity with Asana or similar project management software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively Must be available to work on-site in Westchester, CA three days per week
