Summary: We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions across a growing client base in New Mexico. This is a hands-on, client-facing role involving project execution, technical consulting, and implementation of modern IT systems — especially in Microsoft Azure environments.

Responsibilities: Lead the design, build, configuration, and troubleshooting of network, server, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) Install and maintain solutions across cybersecurity, RMM tools, firewalls, endpoint infrastructure, and SharePoint environments Execute IT projects end-to-end based on detailed scopes of work (SoWs) Perform onsite technical assessments, deliver findings, and present solutions to clients Collaborate with sales teams to scope and propose solutions that align with client needs Manage project budgets, forecasting, documentation, and cross-team coordination Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the branch Serve as the senior technical lead for the New Mexico region, supporting both new and existing clients

Requirements: Proven experience leading IT infrastructure projects, ideally as a Project Engineer Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure (AWS is a plus) Understanding of cybersecurity tools, desktop/server infrastructure, and cloud migration strategies Comfortable interfacing with CIOs, sales teams, and clients to deliver technical solutions and explain value Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently, lead client engagements, and manage competing project demands Industry experience is required; experience in Managed Services is a plus College degree preferred; relevant IT certifications (e.g., Azure) are strongly valued
