About the Company: This organization is a privately held acquirer and manager of rooftop, tower, and other telecommunications infrastructure assets across urban, suburban, and rural areas in the United States. Backed by a major digital infrastructure investment firm, the company operates with a long-term, strategic approach focused on asset acquisition, leasing, and management. Their streamlined, efficient process sets them apart in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all legal matters related to the company’s telecommunications infrastructure and leasing operations. Manage legal aspects of site rights acquisitions, including diligence, contract negotiation, and closings. Lead legal review throughout the transaction lifecycle—from LOI execution through to closing and asset handoff. Negotiate transaction agreements and provide legal advice on deal terms. Ensure all legal approvals and documentation are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' legal experience, ideally in a corporate or law firm setting. Licensed to practice law in New York, or eligible and willing to register as Authorized In-House Counsel in New York. Demonstrated experience with telecommunications-related real estate contracts. Strong business acumen and the ability to align legal guidance with commercial strategy. Comfortable handling multiple, high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative and solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment.
