Office Engineer
to support large-scale infrastructure and transit construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on
MTA projects , possess strong technical knowledge, and excel in managing project documentation and communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and maintaining construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Utilize construction management software (e.g., EDMS, CMS, Unifier, ProjectWise) for document control and workflow management. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain schedule adherence. Support the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation. Monitor project progress and ensure accurate records are maintained in accordance with company and client standards. Qualifications and Experience: 3 – 6 years of experience
as an Office Engineer or in a similar role on large-scale infrastructure or transit construction projects. Bachelor’s degree
in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Prior experience with MTA projects is strongly required. Proficiency in construction management software such as
EDMS, CMS, Unifier, ProjectWise . Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative project office environment
