We’re seeking a

hands-on and strategic Warehouse & Production Manager

to lead day-to-day operations across our manufacturing and warehouse teams. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth production flow, efficient inventory movement, and alignment across logistics, purchasing, and customer service functions.

What You'll Do Lead and manage warehouse and production staff to meet daily and long-term performance goals Oversee production schedules, ensuring work orders are completed on time and to spec Ensure accurate inventory control and material flow using ERP and WMS systems Allocate resources effectively across departments and manage staffing needs Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and GMP standards Champion continuous improvement initiatives in production, picking, packing, and shipping Implement lean manufacturing strategies to enhance throughput and reduce downtime Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules Provide coaching, performance feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement

What You Bring Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or production environments Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management software Solid understanding of workplace safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance Ability to maintain quality standards while driving operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications Experience with

NetSuite

for production, inventory, and reporting Hands-on knowledge of real-time inventory tracking via WMS Exposure to

Lean Manufacturing

or

Six Sigma

tools and methodologies Forklift certification or materials handling experience Bachelor’s degree in

Operations Management ,

Supply Chain , or related field
