We are hiring 3 Oracle Functional Analysts to join our team! We are looking for someone who have extensive Oracle experience in either Finance, Incentive Compensation, or Procurement and Planning.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, drive prioritization, and influence outcomes Support both On-Premise and Oracle Cloud Fusion environments Write SQL queries to support analysis and testing (a plus, not required) Partner with Finance and Incentive teams to ensure system integrity and business alignment Be comfortable covering responsibilities across both functions when needed (e.g., during PTO or absences) Support Oracle Cloud implementations, especially related to acquisitions Participate in minimal travel (5–10%) as required
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years of relevant experience in finance/incentive systems or enterprise applications Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle On-Premise systems Strong functional knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have: Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis or troubleshooting Proven track record of working in a hybrid On-Prem/Cloud environment Background in Manufacturing or Distribution industriesis a plus
