Seeking a
Senior Oracle Functional Analyst
with strong functional experience in
Oracle ERP , particularly in
Incentive Compensation OR Procurement/Planning . You’ll serve as a critical liaison between IT and business, leading the roadmap, implementation, and optimization of Oracle applications across both on-prem and cloud (Fusion) environments.
Own and manage the product roadmap for Oracle ERP modules (Incentive Compensation or Procurement). Evaluate and re-implement Oracle Incentive Comp . Support Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) – migration to cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize work, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals. Write and analyze SQL queries (preferred).
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus. 7+ years of IT/functional business analysis or product management experience. 3+ years working with Oracle EBS (R12+) or Fusion ERP. Strong background in Incentive Comp or Procurement Manufacturing/distribution industry experience preferred. Comfortable working across both cloud and on-prem platforms. Minimal travel (5–10%).
The salary range for this type of role is approximately $120k - 146K per year + bonus potential. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
