Drive non-commercial vehicles following safety protocols, schedules, and pre-determined routes to transport corporate employees between stops. A Passenger Endorsement on your license is required. Ensure exceptional attendance and punctuality. Complete vehicle safety checks accurately and report issues promptly. Comply with all traffic laws and federal/state transit regulations. Interact professionally with customers, dispatch, and management. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays. Report vehicle maintenance, road concerns, accidents, and traffic disruptions via radios or hands-free devices. Skills and Physical Demands
Use navigation apps and other technology, utilizing local area knowledge for pickups and drop-offs. Maintain electronic logs for routes and incidents. Safely operate and drive continuously for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. Drive in varying weather and terrain conditions. Work flexible schedules, including split shifts. Lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading/unloading ADA passengers. Education and Qualifications
Hard Requirements: Pass DOT physical, drug test, and background check. Preferred: High School Diploma/GED At least 1 year of driving experience. Benefits
