What Youll Do As a Bookkeeper

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including daily invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections
• The Bookkeeper will coordinate deposits, issue tax payments, and maintain current licenses, permits, and certifications
• Support inventory coordination, assist with purchasing, and help oversee incoming logistics
• As a Bookkeeper, youll manage service vendors, assist with facility scheduling, and maintain office functions
• Partner with outsourced IT support to ensure systems (ERP, phones, printers, etc.) remain functional and up to date
• The Bookkeeper will serve as the go-to contact for administrative support across departments, including direct collaboration with leadership
  

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of AP/AR experience in a standalone or small team setting
• Strong attention to detail and comfort juggling a variety of responsibilities
• Experience working in a small business, office-based environment; comfort reporting directly to ownership
