Job Title: Network Engineer IV
LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Network Engineer, designated to support requirements that cross all network activities. This resource shall have SME expertise in network technologies and strategy for LAN, WLAN, and WAN. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications:
  • Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) training
  • Five years or more of experience in a major hospital supporting more than 100_ beds environment
  • Five years or more of experience supporting a military production network
  • Ten years or more experience supporting LAN and WLAN activities
  • Designing and Deploying a wireless network consisting of 1300+ wireless access points (WAPs)
  • Ensure administrative functions of the contract (timekeeping, reports, etc.) are filed with the contract leadership per policies of the branch as it pertains
Required Qualifications:
  • One form of a Cisco Certified Network Professional is required (CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE)

What You'll Do:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for access control and all associated programs. Applications supporting these programs include SailPoint IIQ, Ping (ForgeRock) Identity Suite, Duo MFA, and Entra ID. The IAM Associate Principal - Sailpoint Engineer will join a small team of engineers responsible for development, engineering, maintenance, and support of our Sailpoint Identity IQ application suite. Secondarily, the position will provide general support for our other IAM products while working closely with inter-departmental IT, Application Development Teams, Security Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams as needed.
All OCC IAM team members assist with evaluating and supplementing our compliance readiness posture, assisting with the evaluation of control execution, process efficiency, and evidence gathering for internal and external auditors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
  • Administration, engineering, and development of multiple Sailpoint IIQ instances.
  • Developing custom integration, workflows, and rules between Sailpoint and end-point applications.
  • Proactively monitoring, identifying, and resolving bugs and process deficiencies within our Sailpoint Workflows and integrations.
  • Supporting EOS/EOL upgrades across multiple Sailpoint instances through validation, testing, and execution of upgrade plans.
  • Ability to support additional products as needed; training provided as required.
  • Participating in the planning, implementation, enforcement and review of security policies, procedures, and controls specific to Identity Access Management.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of system issues that might contribute to enterprise Production problems.
  • Assisting with preparation of support documentation of IAM Architecture related, Context Diagrams, and Solution Designs of Sailpoint IIQ and other products.
  • Report on controls, evidence gathering and control execution.
  • Work collaboratively across IT and Business departments to implement technical solutions
  • Under limited direction from management, monitor, evaluate and maintain systems and procedures to enforce best practices for user access authorization and control.
  • Research, recommend, and implement changes to procedures and systems to enhance systems security.
  • Assist in communicating security policies and procedures to users.
  • Assist internal and external customers with multi-platform security access issues and requests.
  • Assist in identifying or developing tools or methods to track and monitor risk
  • Support management with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in On-Call duties, including assisting with regularly scheduled activities such as Disaster Recovery and Enterprise Patching.

  • Proven track record of implementing Identity Governance Solutions utilizing Sailpoint.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management best practices from both a security and business enablement perspective.

  • Candidate should have a compliance mindset that can effectively support auditing and compliance related activities such as evidence gathering, reporting, and presentation of information to governing entities.
  • Strong communication skills required to interact with end-users, business teams, and other IT and Security Departments
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Beanshell, Python, Javascript, or others.
  • Proficiency in general server management, maintenance, and triage to support IAM systems
  • General understanding of domain level ecosystems including basic networking, firewall, proxy, and datacenter connectivity to assist with solution designs related to OCC's IAM products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
  • Proficiency in Identity and Access Management administration of Identity Governance (IGA) systems such as Sailpoint IIQ (preferred), Ping Identity, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), or other industry IGA tools
  • Experience in IAM administration of various end-point applications and systems.
  • Experience with Multi-Factor authentication protocols and systems
  • Experience with Single-Sign on protocols and systems
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and workload management systems (ServiceNow and Jira preferred but not required).
Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field, or equivalent experience
  • Equivalent experience includes 5+ Years Identity Access Management (IAM)
Certificates or Licenses:
  • Industry recognized certifications (CISSP, ITIL, etc) are a plus but not required

Compensation
  • The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
  • In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.

Salary Range
$131,400.00 - $165,800.00
Incentive Range
8% to 15%

The job
We are looking for a Tax Reporting Manager with deep expertise in US GAAP to join our global finance team. This role will be instrumental in delivering accurate and compliant tax reporting across AVEVA's global operations, ensuring alignment with both IFRS and US GAAP standards. You will work closely with regional tax leads, controllers, and external auditors to manage quarterly and annual tax provision processes, support M&A activity, and drive continuous improvement in tax reporting controls and systems.
Principal Accountabilities
  • Lead the preparation of interim, quarterly, and year-end global tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Review tax reporting deliverables from controllers and tax managers across the Group.
  • Oversee US GAAP disclosure preparation, including reconciliation of GAAP differences.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed tax provision memoranda and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX documentation and audit processes.
  • Manage tax reporting aspects of M&A transactions, including purchase accounting and compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in tax provision and compliance functions.
  • Coordinate preparation of tax account reconciliations and related schedules.
  • Manage the implications of Pillar 2 on global tax reporting.
  • Support internal and external audit processes with timely and accurate data.
  • Conduct ongoing tax research to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic tax initiatives.
  • Standardize and embed Group Tax Reporting processes to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX.
  • Drive improvements in tax reporting processes through design, control, and operational enhancements.
