Job Title: Digital Product Manager
Location: Remote (requires quarterly client visits to client location at Washington DC for PI Planning Events)
Duration: 16+ Months

Product Management, User Experience Research, and Design Thinking methodologies.

Strong understanding of Product Management, User Experience Research, and Design Thinking methodologies.
Experience with governance, risk, regulatory oversight, and compliance.
Transportation or customer service industry experience.
Knowledge of IT, OT, Corporate tech, rail domain, or industrial technologies.
Demonstrated success applying User Experience Research and Design Thinking to drive product strategy.
Experience managing experiences for internal and external customers in a complex environment like a Customer Care Center at the intersection of advanced digital technology and person-to-person interactions.
