Our client, a North America-based information technology company and the U.S. subsidiary of a Japan-based IT group, is currently seeking Professional Services Engineer to support corporate clients with the implementation, maintenance, and operation of IT infrastructure. This role involves leveraging the latest network and server technologies to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique business needs. Company Overview
Our client, a North America-based information technology company and the U.S. subsidiary of a Japan-based IT group, is currently seeking Professional Services Engineer to support corporate clients with the implementation, maintenance, and operation of IT infrastructure. This role involves leveraging the latest network and server technologies to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique business needs.
This company is a total network solution provider specializing in the design, construction, and operation of IT infrastructure across North America. It offers comprehensive services in cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and system integration, helping corporate clients solve a wide range of IT challenges.
Responsibilities
Analyze potential clients’ needs, market trends, and demands. Create customized services and products using Internet-related products, services, and technologies. Implement and upgrade existing and new services and solutions. Provide technical consultation to customers. Manage technical projects for both pre-sales and post-sales phases. Manage projects, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and completion. Provide on-site installation, analysis, and other field services. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot network/server/IT-related systems. Provide customer support for high-level technical issues. Troubleshoot high-level technical issues on a 24/7 on-call basis (not full-shift duty). Manage all technical issues for existing accounts.
Qualifications
Business-level proficiency in Japanese (required). Adjustable to the latest standard of technologies to provide appropriate IT-solutions that meets customer’s requirement. Microsoft, VMware, Symantec and other major software vendor's product. Cisco, Palo Alto and other major network vendor's devices, software and services. Unix/Linux and Windows server operation and maintenance. Security software and solutions for servers and PCs. Local and Wide Area Network technologies. Virtualization and storage technologies.
