We are a fast-moving managed IT and cybersecurity provider supporting businesses with forward-thinking technology solutions. We partner with high-growth organizationsincluding a prominent defense technology client in Torrance, CAto deliver hands-on IT support and enterprise-grade solutions tailored to todays digital-first business needs. Were currently hiring a Level 2 IT Support Technician with a MSP background to provide dedicated, onsite technical support and build strong relationships with one of our key clients. Youll work alongside a skilled and collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication, and continuous learning. What Youll Do: Provide remote and onsite support across multiple client environments Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business apps Resolve tickets using RMM and PSA tools; document work clearly Manage user accounts via Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or project teams Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations What You Bring: 15 years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP setting Strong troubleshooting skills and a positive, client-first mindset Proficiency with Windows Server, AD, M365, basic networking Experience with RMM/PSA platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Ninja) Familiarity with tools like Intune, Duo, Sophos, SentinelOne is a plus Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Why Join Us?
