part-time Recruiting Coordinator

to join our Seattle team. In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate closely with our HR Business Partner to support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding—ensuring every candidate and new hire enjoys a seamless, welcoming experience. From crafting compelling job postings and screening top talent to coordinating interviews and guiding new employees through an exceptional onboarding journey, you’ll play a vital role in building strong teams and shaping our workplace culture. This position is scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one in-office day per week. The pay range is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements What You’ll Do Develop and manage job postings with clear, engaging language across multiple platforms Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, check references, and coordinate next steps with hiring managers Manage applicant flow and maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Serve as a central point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely and professional communication Actively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, both virtual and in-person Lead onboarding coordination: schedule orientations, ensure system access, and collect required documentation Partner with hiring managers to provide onboarding materials and support successful employee integration Administer onboarding surveys and recommend process enhancements based on feedback Contribute to broader HR initiatives and perform other duties as needed What You Bring – Minimum Qualifications Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support Strong written and verbal communication skills with a people-first approach Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Alignment with THS values: Resilience, Equity, Safety, Respect, and Professionalism Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of hands-on recruiting or HR experience Experience with ATS platforms—Paylocity strongly preferred Familiarity with HR compliance, employment law, and onboarding best practices Experience using tools to collect and analyze employee or candidate feedback PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a strong plus We offer the following benefits to full and some part-time staff: Employer paid medical/dental/vision insurance packages.
