About The Role We are looking for someone with a passion for performance creative, hands-on experience in digital acquisition channels, especially visual platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate can lead client relationships, collaborate with a production team, and contribute to agency-wide creative best practices. Knowledge of UGC production, current trends, and best practices is essential. This role will work closely with the Director of Creative Strategy. Responsibilities As a Senior Strategist, you will brief ad concepts based on performance, cultural trends, and consumer behavior. You will lead creative discussions with clients, focusing on testing, iteration, and ideation. The role requires confidence, creativity, and organization, sitting at the intersection of strategy, creative, media, and data, collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities include weekly and monthly performance reporting, briefing new concepts, mastering creative testing and media best practices, conducting research, leading brainstorming sessions, and working with designers and media teams to create engaging ads. About You The essentials: 3-5+ years in a client-facing strategic role at a creative, social, or performance marketing agency Experience managing eCommerce and lead generation creative strategies Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn; experience with YouTube, CTV, Pinterest, UAC, and Snapchat is a plus Passion for media trends and creative design Copywriting skills or strong writing ability Knowledge of testing creative beyond A/B testing Fluency in Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Ability to present strategies to executive audiences Comfort with detailed work and strategic overview 4-year college degree or equivalent experience Monks values diversity and promotes equity and inclusion in hiring.
