What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Partner with clients to analyze and identify root causes of their most pressing issues - Develop and implement tools and training to enhance client success with Epic systems - Conduct full life cycle project implementations in various Epic applications - Provide high-level consulting services while minimizing on-site client visits - Utilize advanced reporting tools for effective data analysis and decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications): - Current Epic certification in at least one of the specified applications (Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, etc.) - Full life cycle project implementation experience in relevant Epic applications - Previous consulting experience is highly desired - Advanced reporting experience, including Dashboard and Reporting Workbench - Willingness to travel weekly, typically Monday through Thursday
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Additional certification in other revenue cycle and/or clinical applications - Strong problem-solving skills and a history of successfully navigating complex client scenarios - Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal oversight
