What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Implement, maintain, and support Epic Professional Billing products and related tools - Participate in architecture, design, and integration of relevant billing tools and their development lifecycle - Design, build, and test applications to address complex business requests - Analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements and workflows - Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while providing on-call support
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant certification in healthcare, business management, or information systems - Epic Professional Billing certification and Epic Claims certification - Community Connect experience and a minimum of four years' experience with information system software solutions - Solid understanding of underlying technologies, including hardware, networking, and wireless applications - Proven skills in problem-solving and excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Epic Certifications in Outpatient Clinical, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle application
