$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Marketing & Engagement Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire Our client, a leading brand in the fashion/apparel space, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Marketing & Engagement to drive customer retention and engagement strategies. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) is available as a temp-to-hire or direct hire opportunity. Overview In this role, you will lead lifecycle marketing initiatives and loyalty program development to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. You’ll build data-driven, personalized campaigns and collaborate across departments to align customer touchpoints with brand values and storytelling. The ideal candidate has deep CRM expertise, particularly in email marketing, and a strong track record of turning customer data into actionable insights. You should be equally analytical and creative, passionate about fostering community-driven programs and driving long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Marketing, Email & CRM Lead end-to-end development and execution of omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push) Build and optimize automated customer journeys (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) Create segmented, personalized campaigns aligned with brand messaging Conduct A/B testing and apply data insights to improve campaign performance Identify integration opportunities across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels Customer Insights & Analytics Analyze customer data to define segments and behavioral trends Track and report on key KPIs: retention, repeat purchase rate, AOV, CLV, and more Use platforms such as GA4, CDP, and loyalty dashboards to make informed decisions Present insights and program performance to leadership Loyalty Program Strategy & Execution Design, launch, and manage the brand’s first customer loyalty program Define program structure including tiers, rewards, automation, and value propositions Collaborate with tech partners and agencies to scale and optimize the program Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships to offer exclusive customer perks Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, Field Sales, and Tech to align lifecycle strategies Coordinate with Creative to develop loyalty branding and messaging Educate Field Sales teams with tools and resources Lead internal training sessions on CRM and loyalty best practices Innovation & Martech Leadership Maintain and enhance the martech stack in collaboration with the Director of Integrated Marketing Stay informed on trends in lifecycle, loyalty, and consumer behavior Propose and implement innovative, forward-thinking engagement strategies Qualifications 7–12 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty program management (fashion/retail/lifestyle preferred) Proven success launching scalable loyalty programs with measurable results Strong expertise in omnichannel CRM strategy, including automation and personalization Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, and platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Sailthru, or Bloomreach Data-driven with ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize accordingly Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communicator with strong storytelling and strategic presentation skills Preferred Skills Fashion/lifestyle brand experience and familiarity with community or stylist-led engagement Experience sourcing brand partnerships and developing exclusive loyalty rewards Advanced data skills and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) Creative thinker with a portfolio of innovative loyalty/engagement campaigns Leadership experience mentoring junior marketers or managing teams What We’re Looking For Customer-Obsessed: Passionate about creating lasting relationships Data-Driven & Strategic: Excited by insights, KPIs, and measurable growth Creative & Visionary: Thinks beyond traditional loyalty frameworks Collaborative & Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment Growth-Minded: Constantly testing, optimizing, and innovating Interested?
