CrossTech is seeking a
Business Systems Analyst
to support our client in Philadelphia, PA. This is a contract-to-hire position requiring U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder. The role is onsite 3 days per week with 2 days WFH. Candidates must be located within a 40 mile radius of Philadelphia, Pa. Job Description Responsible for intake and processing of Customer Extract File requests. Verify that all requests include the necessary documentation and approval. Enter Extract File requests into the Request System and maintain audit trails. Conduct balancing and verification of Extract File requests. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on extract platforms as required. Review and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, setup, and file extractions. Interact with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments. Document customer issues, including over/underpayments and setup discrepancies. Escalate billing and setup issues to management as needed. Work closely with Senior Analysts, Leads, and Supervisors to resolve invoice errors. Identify, track, and report trends and recurring issues, escalating them appropriately. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in billing, finance, operations, or IT. Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of eligibility, medical claims, pharmacy claims, and lab results. Experience working with data warehouses and SQL. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Technical Skills Required
SQL proficiency for querying and managing data. Self-funded billing and healthcare industry data knowledge. Experience working in a data warehouse environment. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Compensation
