About the Role
CCE is seeking a results-driven, innovative
Marketing Manager
to lead the go-to-market and promotional efforts for our flagship product,
EnSuite-Impact360 . This role is instrumental in driving product awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration of this next-generation engineering workflow and task platform. As the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive leadership teams to craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for Impact360’s global engineering and manufacturing audience. About Impact360 EnSuite-Impact360 is a cloud-based secure platform to automate engineering tasks & complete workflows. No coding required. It includes robust out-of-the-box components (‘Extensions’) for design visualization, translation, technical data packages & real-time design review meetings. Its automation engine easily captures tasks and automates workflows within a NO-code environment to help digitalize the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads for Impact360. Own the messaging, positioning, and branding for the product in all channels. Create marketing assets including brochures, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, blog posts, social media content, and videos. Lead demand generation efforts through SEO, SEM, email marketing, webinars, events, and trade shows. Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs to continuously optimize engagement and ROI. Collaborate with the India-based marketing support team and the US-based sales team to align marketing content with sales enablement and lead nurturing. Manage marketing budget for the product line and allocate resources effectively. Stay current with market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to guide strategic marketing decisions. Interface with external agencies, freelancers, or partners as needed for creative execution or PR initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the software, CAD, PLM, or engineering technology sectors. Proven success managing product marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills. Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools). Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Why Join Us?
