This role will focus on crafting optimal, team-member–friendly digital experiences by using clear, concise, and brand-aligned language at every touchpoint. What You’ll Be Accountable For
Partner with Product Development, Stakeholders, Researchers, Clinical, Legal, and UI/UX Design teams to ensure all content is clear, friendly, and on-brand. Stay informed within assigned areas to accurately represent the brand in the marketplace. Manage timelines, milestones, and internal project details to ensure timely delivery. Participate in and facilitate meetings to gather insights, align on goals, and support project objectives. Identify and resolve problems or roadblocks that may impact deliverables. Ensure consistent tone, style, and clarity across all user touchpoints, including: Calls-to-action Navigation labels Headers/Headlines Instructional text Error messages and system feedback Accessibility-related content What Qualifications You Need
Bachelor’s degree in writing, editing, copywriting, advertising, communications, journalism, or a related field. 5+ years of professional writing experience, including at least 2 years in UI/UX writing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Figma. Experience working within a creative agency or large corporate environment. Ability to communicate ideas effectively to business owners, stakeholders, and senior management to persuade, gain acceptance, and influence outcomes. Experience creating and adapting to large brand editorial guidelines, maintaining an established voice while innovating where appropriate. Familiarity with technical documentation for customer-facing UI. Healthcare industry experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
