As one of the oldest and largest community banks in the Northeast, they have strategically grown its ABL platform, attracting seasoned professionals and establishing a regional footprint throughout the Northeast. Product Profile The bank offers asset-based lending products for companies with revenues between $10MM and $100MM, and financing needs ranging from $5MM to $25MM. The typical deal structure includes advance rates of 85-90% on accounts receivable and 85% on the Net Orderly Liquidation value of inventory. It is a fully-followed ABL operation, offering tailored structures that can stretch beyond traditional assets, including storied credits and turnarounds. Job Description The ABL Relationship Manager role is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and managing asset-based loans. The RM will call on PE firms, CPA firms, advisors, and other intermediaries across the Northeast, with a focus on developing new business. Key duties include interviewing applicants, evaluating creditworthiness, preparing documentation, presenting to credit committee, and managing a portfolio, with the assistance of the ABL portfolio manager and an ABL operations staff.
